Pauline Ducruet, the daughter of Princess Stéphanie of Monaco and Daniel Ducruet, made her first televised appearance on France 2’s program "Quelle époque!" hosted by Léa Salamé. During the interview, she discussed her childhood, the divorce of her parents, and her career in the fashion industry.

Ducruet, who studied at the Parsons School of Design and founded the genderless fashion brand Alter, appeared composed throughout the broadcast. She described a black-and-white photograph of her young parents riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle as a defining memory of their relationship.

"I don't have memories of them together; they divorced when I was two," Ducruet said. "But when I think of them together, this photo comes to mind because I see them free, very rock on their Harley."

She expressed deep admiration for her mother, citing Stéphanie as her primary inspiration. Stéphanie, known for her bold style in the 1980s and her music career with the band Ouragan, has consistently supported Ducruet’s professional endeavors. Ducruet recently revitalized Pool Position, a swimwear brand originally established by her mother.

"She is my mom," Ducruet said when asked about the musical phenomenon that made her mother famous in France. "I am as stubborn as my mother," she added, noting that the discipline and perfectionism she learned from diving during her adolescence have been applied to her work at Alter.

Ducruet also spoke of her affection for her uncle, former Prince Albert II, and grandfather, Prince Rainier III. Regarding her cousin Charlotte Casiraghi, she offered congratulations for her achievements.
